Return Policy

You can request an exchange for the same product within 5 days of delivery if your order arrives broken, damaged, or missing any items.

Please Note: An unboxing/opening video (from sealed package to product) is required for verification & approval before processing your exchange.

Items must be returned unused, in their original, un-damaged packaging. We do not accept exchange on personalized items unless faulty. Please contact giggleenestt@gmail.com for more information before starting your return.

Providing the item meets the exchange requirements (see above), Giggle Nest will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.

Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. This will be credited to you via your original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
