Delivery Information

When and how your GiggleNest order arrives

Everything you need to know about packaging, dispatch, delivery windows, and tracking your order.

Default packaging is protective bubble wrap only — no gift boxes or paper inserts included as standard.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch every order within 24 working hours of it being placed, though rare exceptions may cause slight delays.

Once dispatched, orders are expected to arrive within 1 to 7 days across India, depending on your location. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues beyond our control.

You'll receive your delivery details via SMS or email.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are dispatched from Delhi NCR. Here's what to expect based on where you're located:

North India

2–3 days

Typical delivery from dispatch, except for very remote areas.

South & other regions

5–7 days

Minimum business working days from dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Get WhatsApp updates

You'll receive a pickup confirmation on WhatsApp once your order is picked up by the courier partner, and another message on the day of delivery.

Look out for our email

Tracking details are also sent to your checkout email from giggleenestt@gmail.com — check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox.

Share your OTP at delivery

All deliveries are OTP-authenticated — the parcel can only be handed over once you share the OTP with the delivery agent.

A note on tracking updates

The tracking website only updates once a parcel reaches its next stop, so a status that looks "stuck" often just means the update hasn't posted yet. If you notice a real issue — the parcel being returned for an incorrect address, misrouted, or a failed delivery attempt (door closed, recipient unavailable) — please reach out to us right away so we can raise a complaint and take action.
