My child is 3. Can we start?

Yes. All three tools suit ages 3 and up. Start Stage 1 with the simplest inserts (Snail or Path), and on NeuroBoards try one hand at a time before both together.

Do we have to go in order?

It's designed as a progression, but children can revisit earlier stages anytime. Many keep a two-minute Interhemispheric trace as a warm-up.
