Description
Does your child love a challenge? Watch their little fingers get to work as they thread, stretch, and weave their way through fun patterns.
The Challenge: The Find Your Way Game is a dual-activity learning board designed to develop the critical motor and cognitive skills young children need for writing, reading, and everyday independence. Using either a threading cord or rubber bands, children study a pattern card and recreate the path on the wooden board.
Key Highlights
MDF Wooden board with 9 securely fixed wooden pegs
Dual activity โ threading cord AND rubber band stretching in one board
Builds concentration, pattern recognition and sequencing to complete each path
Fine motor strength, pincer grip, hand-eye coordination and bilateral coordination
Pulling cord through pegs and stretching rubber bands directly strengthens the pincer grip essential for writing, buttoning clothes, and using scissors
Translating a winding path from a card to the physical board trains the brain and eyes to work together with the hands โ a key skill for reading and writing
Each pattern card presents a puzzle to decode step by step โ children must plan ahead, remember the sequence, and course-correct if they go off-path
Threading and banding require deliberate, unhurried movement โ children naturally slow down and stay on task to complete each pattern, training their attention span
One hand holds the board steady while the other guides the cord or band โ using both hands together in a coordinated way, foundational for sports and daily tasks
